Here at SOTARP.org we love all things Roleplaying: in case you couldn’t guess. And of course we also love roleplaying in video games. Have you ever wondered by its harder to get into the roleplaying spirit in some games yet get lost in your character in others? Well the YouTube series Extra Credits recently posted a video on how games can encourage roleplay and some of the pitfalls along the way which may do the opposite.
If you have never seen the Extra Credits series and are interested to the act of making video games or looking deeper into their impact, I could not recommend it more. The insight they provide into gaming, along with a great presentation style, make for some great short form info-tainment.
